1. Wat is Corsodyl Mondspoeling en waarvoor wordt dit middel gebruikt*
• Corsodyl mondspoeling bevat chloorhexidine digluconaat. Chloorhexidine digluconaat heeft een bacteriedodende werking en voorkomt het ontstaan van tandplak.
• Corsodyl mondspoeling wordt gebruikt:
− Ter voorkoming van infecties na tandheelkundige en mondchirurgische ingrepen.
− Voor algemene mondhygiëne indien de tanden door enige handicap (zoals na mondoperaties of bij geestelijk of lichamelijk gehandicapten) niet kunnen worden gepoetst.
− Voor kortdurende toepassing bij tandvleesontsteking.
