1. Wat is Novaban en waarvoor wordt het gebruikt
Novaban is een middel tegen misselijkheid en braken. Het werkt tegen een stof in het lichaam die
misselijkheid en braken veroorzaakt.
Novaban 5 mg capsules en Novaban 5 mg/5 ml oplossing voor injectie en infusie worden gebruikt:
-Ter voorkoming van misselijkheid en braken die veroorzaakt wordt door chemotherapie bij de
behandeling van kanker. -Voor de behandeling van misselijkheid en braken na een operatie. -Ter voorkoming van misselijkheid en braken na een gynaecologische operatie in de buik, wanneer u
eerder last heeft gehad van misselijkheid en braken na een operatie.
