Allegra fexotabs bevat fexofenadine hydrochloride, dat behoort tot de medicijnengroep met de naam antihistaminica.
Allegra fexotabs verlicht de symptomen van allergische rhinitis (bijvoorbeeld hooikoorts), zoals niezen, jeuk, loopneus of verstopte neus en jeukende, rode en tranende ogen. Allegra fexotabs is bestemd voor volwassenen en kinderen ouder dan 12 jaar.
